# Tools & Reports

Reports

The following reports are available to assist customers with

planning and scheduling rail traffic:

 

•  Online Inventory Report  
•  Cars Destined Report  
•  Customer Notification  
•  Specialized Reports Upon Request

 

Service Request Cut-off Time

This is a designated deadline for rail customers to submit their service requests. Cut-off time is one hour before assigned train crew comes on duty. Late service requests will be completed by the next available train crew.

 

Special Switch/Service Requests

In the event of a requested additional train crew or additional rail service, we do offer special switch services (tariff rates do apply).

 

Transportation Plan or "T-Plan"

A "T-Plan" is a dedicated service plan for an assigned service area. FWWR train crews are scheduled according to your assigned "T-Plan".
